iMedia AudiencesSEO & sitemap handoff

Three websites. One connected strategy.

Make the right pages easier to find.

A coordinated sitemap directory and deployment pack for the agency website, iMedia-Vibe, and Josh’s BNI introductions. Each site keeps its own search identity and connects visitors to the others where it is useful.

Prepared in this BNI project — not yet published or production-verified. Automatic sitemap coverage, canonical tags, social metadata, and factual structured information are configured here. The public baseline retrieved during review still listed only two BNI URLs. The separate Vibe website and WordPress site have not been changed.

This handoff page is marked noindex and is not included in the BNI sitemap. Domain verification, sitemap submission, redirects, and production checks still need the site owners. Read the verification report and outstanding checks.

Your three sitemap destinations

Submit these separately after publishing and verifying ownership. This directory includes all three domains; the XML files stay specific to their own websites.

Owner’s launch checklist

  1. Publish the BNI project on the BNI domain. The sitemap is now generated from public routes and the current member roster, not a manually maintained XML file. Confirm its live XML contains 28 URLs with the current roster, rather than the two URLs retrieved during the baseline review. Confirm the publisher does not shadow the automatic endpoint with an old generated file. Keep member referral links on BNI.
  2. Apply the two separate handoffs. Paste the Vibe instructions into the correct Vibe project, and send the WordPress brief to your web team. Do not deploy this BNI project to both subdomains.
  3. Verify ownership. A Google Search Console Domain property for imediaaudiences.com covers the main domain and subdomains. Your DNS administrator must add the supplied verification record. Alternatively, verify each HTTPS URL-prefix property separately.
  4. Submit all three production sitemaps. Use the addresses above in Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. For URL-prefix properties, use the matching host. Do not submit the downloadable Vibe reference from this BNI site.
  5. Inspect representative pages. Check each homepage, a Vibe service page, /chapter, /tracy, and /andre. Confirm the correct canonical, readable content, successful HTTP response, and no accidental production noindex directive. A nonexistent member should return 404 and noindex.
  6. Check structured data and mobile performance. Use Schema Markup Validator, Google’s Rich Results Test, and PageSpeed Insights. Valid markup does not automatically qualify for a rich result.
  7. Improve the content over time. Preserve genuine referral context and add useful original material with members’ permission. Similar member pages may not all be indexed. Avoid invented reviews, doorway pages, hidden links, or repetitive keyword anchors.

Connected, not duplicated.

Use the main domain for the agency, Vibe for website-building decisions, and BNI for personal introductions. Give each real page its own canonical address. Cross-site links help visitors move between related services; they are not a reason to canonicalize all three sites to one homepage.

The BNI setup also includes robots.txt and an optional llms.txt discovery file. AI training permissions are a separate owner decision, not a requirement for search visibility. Sitemaps, structured data, and these files cannot guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, or AI citations.
